The State Autonomous Cultural Institution of the Republic of Crimea "Alupkinsky Palace and Park Museum-Reserve" includes the Worontsov Palace in Alupka, the Massadrovsky Palace of Alexander III and the park-monument of landscape art of regional significance of the Republic of Crimea "Alupkinsky".

How do I purchase a ticket and how much does it cost?
Tickets are purchased at the ticket offices of the museum-reserve.
The ticket offices of the Vorontsov Palace are located in the courtyard of the Economic Building, in Shuvalovsky Passage and at the Eastern Gate of the Alupkinsky Park.
The ticket offices of the Massandra Palace are located on the left side of the southern facade.

Is it possible to visit the museum with a guided tour?
Worontsov and Massandra Palaces are open to the public daily as part of an excursion stream.
Excursions are conducted individually or as part of a group. An individual tour is formed for up to 10 people, as part of a group of 10 to 40 people. Excursions are conducted as the group is formed.
The organization of excursions takes place at the ticket offices of the museum-reserve. There is no pre-registration.
Is it possible to walk around the park around the palace on your own?
From 6:00 to 22:00 you can take a walk in the monument park “Alupkinsky” – admission is free, but there are also interesting excursions accompanied by a guide of the museum-reserve.
Tours of the Alupkinsky Park are formed at the ticket offices and are conducted as the group is formed.
How do I book a tour?
If you are a private person, then the tour is purchased in the general order at the ticket office of the museum-reserve.
If you are a travel company, then you need to send an application to the reception of the museum-reserve direction@worontsovpalace.ru indicating the date of the visit, the total number of people (including children under 18, pensioners and other privileged categories).
Booking excursions implies pre-payment of the full cost of the tour.
How do I find out who are the privileged categories?

Is there a free day to visit the museum-reserve?
Every first Tuesday of the month, the Worontsov and Massandra Museum will be able to visit:
— persons under the age of 18;
— persons enrolled in basic educational professional programs.
Visiting expositions and exhibitions takes place in sessions. A free ticket for the selected session can be obtained at the ticket offices of the museum-reserve with MANDATORY payment for excursion services and ONLY IF THERE is a DOCUMENT confirming the right to a free or preferential visit.
Where can I feed the children before or after the tour?
The museum does not have a special place where school groups can have lunch. Along with other visitors, you can use the services of the museum cafe in the courtyard of the Economic Building.
Please note that food and drinks are not allowed in the halls of the museum. Regardless of the age of the child, the museum staff will ask you to leave the museum halls so that you can get the child drunk or fed.
When can I visit the museum?

Duration of one session of the tour of the main exposition: 45 minutes.
Ticket offices close 45 minutes before the end of the museum.
Will I be able to see the whole museum?
The visit to the exhibition “Ceremonial Halls of the main building of the Vorontsov Palace” is limited to one academic hour and follows the proposed route.
The following expositions and exhibitions are also open to the public: “The House of Count A.P. Shuvalov” in the Shuvalov wing, an exhibition and conference hall, “Vorontsov Kitchen” and “Art Gallery of the Vorontsov Palace” in the courtyard of the Economic Building.
Movement through the expositions is carried out strictly in one direction, which avoids the intersection of oncoming streams of people.
Some of the exhibitions where we cannot ensure compliance with sanitary and epidemiological requirements are temporarily closed to the public.
These new rules are designed to ensure safety for both visitors and museum staff during the global pandemic.
What can I see in the museum?
When choosing the exhibition “Ceremonial Halls of the Main Building of the Vorontsov Palace”, you will visit eight Ceremonial Halls, where you will get acquainted with the interiors of England of the XIX century, which have survived to the present day almost in their original form — large-scale restoration has not been carried out in the halls since the construction of the palace. At the end of the route, you will exit to the Southern terraces of the palace.
You can use the “Single Ticket” service and not only save 30% of your money, but also get acquainted with the most prominent representatives of the palace interiors and art collections of the museum-reserve. The Single Ticket service includes visits to the “State Rooms” and the following expositions and exhibitions: “The House of Count A.P. Shuvalov” in the Shuvalov wing, an exhibition and conference hall, “Vorontsov Kitchen” and “Art Gallery of the Vorontsov Palace” in the courtyard of the Economic Building.

What do I need to make visiting the museum safe for me during the period of the "high alert" regime in the Republic of Crimea?
To ensure sanitary safety for both visitors and museum staff:
*entrance to the territory of the museum halls is allowed only if personal protective equipment is available, which corresponds to the citywide rules for visiting all public places.
*While waiting to enter the museum, please keep a distance of at least 1.5 meters from other visitors.
What other measures have been taken by the museum to ensure the sanitary safety of visitors?
Before the start of the reception of visitors, as well as during the day, the halls are cleaned and ventilated. Contact surfaces, such as door handles, are constantly disinfected. Dispensers with skin antiseptics are installed in public areas.
People who have symptoms of acute respiratory viral infections and fever should refrain from visiting the museum.
All new temporary rules will ensure safety for both visitors and museum staff. These rules will be constantly adjusted depending on the epidemiological situation in the region.
