Accessibility of the museum for the disabled and other low-mobility groups of visitors:
WORONTSOV PALACE:
- Many expositions and exhibitions located on the ground floor of the building are accessible to visitors in wheelchairs. The museum has ramps at the entrance, equipped with toilets.

- Visitors with hearing impairments can use audio guides (at the main exposition) and radio terminals (at expositions and exhibitions) with the possibility of sound amplification.
MASSANDRA PALACE:
- Expositions and exhibitions are accessible to visitors in wheelchairs. The museum has ramps at the entrance, steps for climbing to the 2nd and 3rd floors, toilets are equipped.
- Expositions and exhibitions on the second floor are accessible to low-mobility categories of visitors using a step-ladder.
- Visitors with hearing impairments can use audio guides (at the main exhibition) with the possibility of sound amplification.
A free entrance ticket is provided for the disabled:
— Groups 1 and 2;
— a person accompanying a disabled person of group 1 and 2;
